Almost twenty years ago, Mike - a mentor of mine - asked me a simple question: what's the most important thing in your life? I gave the answer everyone gives - family. He told me I was wrong. If you're not healthy, he said, you can't actually show up for any of them... that one conversation reordered everything for me, and it's stuck ever since: Health. People. Places. Things... in that order. This has been on my wrist ever since...

I've had to relearn that lesson more than once. Through losing my best mate when I was eleven, through a business that nearly broke me, through years of pouring myself into work while everything else faded into the background. Resilience got me through a lot of it. It also impacted my mental and physical health more than I'd care to admit.

This podcast is where I sit down with people who've lived something real... to unpack how our health carries us, how our people shape us, how our experiences and places mark us, and how the things we build, or let go of, along the way frame us. 

No script, no agenda. Just long-form, honest conversation, with whatever we find when we slow down enough to actually listen.
